  1. Well almost running the servers for 22 hours constantly without any issues or crash. I think this file fixed the error. Will wait for a week, in case if the server shows up with the same problem or else will mark the topic as solved. Thanks Fraggy!

  3. Sorry for a double post, just wanted to update with more current details. Anyway i removed the game totally and then got a fresh version along with the latest version of 1.8 that was provided by you above. The problem seems to remain and server crashing while loading certain maps. I have attached the log file. I'm not running any mod/plugin/scripts. qconsole.log
  4. Unfortunately i cleaned up the log files and ran the server again. So far i don't see errors in both the server. This time i also manually changed the server to killhouse/showdown also used map_rotation, it ran well. So i think i gonna need some more time. Maybe the file you provided fixed the issue or else it might be a temporary fix and the issue might come back later on again. I will keep updated, once i find the server closed/crashed i will put the log file here. Edit: Server crashed when changing map.Attached the log file P.S: The TDM server also crashed .   5. Please give me some time. I ran this new one in FFA server and it seems to be working fine. In TDM server, the problem seems to be arising sometimes, mainly when i am manually changing the maps or else using map rotation command (map mp_killhouse/showdown). Still testing, i will provide more info. on it as early as possible and will provide the log files. P.S: I have changed the map rotation, so that after 20 minutes the map changes to killhouse. As soon as i have it in my log files, i will attach it.
  6. But i am not able to run the server using the above exe. It shows a permanent loop, for how long do i need to keep that loop running ?
  7. Attached the reports below. Whenever i am running the exe file provided above a loop of below mentioned screenshot is showing. Log file is also attached although the server wont start, only a loop of the below ss. games_mp.log
  8. I replaced all the files with the existing backup files that i have been using for years now. But still it crashes while loading certain maps. I don't have a single clue why it's happening. In case if my backup files that i have been using have cracked then i could use a new source if anyone has proper clean files. I am using Windows Server 2012 R2.
  9. The ff files are under main/zone or zone/english as because i don't have ff files located in main/zone. I see all my ff files under zone/english folder.
  10. Yeah, doing that. On my way replacing the files , just one thing i didn't understand is that how come in both the servers the files got damaged, they are running on separate machines. Will update after some time after replacing and checking them out.
  11. Actually i did no changes in the server. I am running 2 servers for months (FFA and TDM) and this morning i found that both server crashed showing up the same error. I updated the server to the latest version as i thought it might be something wrong as the servers were running the previous version. Can you please point out where should i check for the fastfiles? Update: It's not only Killhouse, just came across the same situation for map "Showdown". Also here : cod4server\zone\english i do see mp_killhouse.ff / mp_killhouse_load.ff /mp_showdown.ff / mp_showdown_load.ff located properly.
  12. Server crash everytime it loads the map "Killhouse". Error Details: ^1Error: Waited 171 msec for missing asset "maps/mp/mp_killhouse.d3dbsp". ^1Error: Could not load col_map_mp "maps/mp/mp_killhouse.d3dbsp". ******************** ERROR: Couldn't find the bsp for this map. Please build the fast file associated with maps/mp/mp_killhouse.d3dbsp and try again. ******************** ----- Server Shutdown ----- With the reason: Server crashed: Couldn't find the bsp for this map. Please build the fast file associated with maps/mp/mp_killhouse.d3dbsp and try again. This error started after i updated the Server to the latest version. It seems like the problem is only with the map "Killhouse" I am not using any Mod , only have some gsc files for fps/fov. Didn't find any error in the log file but can spot the error in qconsole file. Anyone can provide a solution for this? games_mp.log

    Generally server.cfg file is located in your "main" directory. You need to add it to the command line by "+exec server.cfg" . In case if you have named your server.cfg to something else do mention that particular name instead of server.cfg. As you mentioned about using promod, you can follow these steps: a) Create a folder named "mods" b) Put the promod mod inside the folder "mods" c) Also it got a config file within it where you can edit the necessary requirements you want in your server. c) In the command line parameter mention the mod you want to use like: +set fs_game "mods/promod" For gametypes: set g_gametype "sd" - in your config file For map rotate: Check out the maps that you have in your map rotation, by default if you have downloaded an ordinary server.cfg file the gametype will shows war(i.e Team Deathmatch). So for each map rotation you need to change it to "gametype sd map mp_mapname" .

    Type: Windows / Linux (Linux is preferable the most) CPU: 1 VCPU RAM: 2GB Size: 15-20 GB for Linux/ 35-50 GB for Windows (although not necessary, the inbuild that comes in enough.) Player Slot: 18-24 Mod: None (Low end mods can run on these servers easily) Depending on the mod, you need to increase the requirements. Like for Zombie mod, you gonna need more VCPU and RAM. Being RAM dependent, you need to keep an eye on the usage.
