Possible to pipe input into cod4 dedicated server through python (or any language) script?

I've tested around with a few stuff I made, but it seems like the windows executable "cod4x18_dedrun" does not accept input from stdin (or output to stdout).

Does anyone know of a script that has achieved this or know about a possible work around to this solution?

Windows executable is not a program made for the console. Obviously it can’t work with stdin.

Only way you can do something is with rcon
