Server IP Shows Red in cod4x master list page

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys, Im trying to host a server from my local machine. I've attempted to port forward to allow connection and so forth, however Im unable to connect to my server using the public ip that is broadcasted on the master server list.

It also shows up red.

I can of course connect using my  internal ip, but not my external ip. I have also created inboud rules to allow connections for 28960 - 28970 and 20800-20820 both TCP and UDP.

Please Help.

In addition to inbound rules I've also created outbound rules for the same ports, both TCP and UDP.

For whatever reason I had lots of trouble when I used port 28960. Nothing was getting scanned it seemed or updated.

I changed and use 28970, 80 and 62 on my servers (also my own machine) and now they work great.

Maybe try change port and see how it goes?
