i just create  a new cod4x server when some connect its down with reason

can't tell from the log what's causing it

remove all configs, mods, scripts, plugins and try if it's running then. enable everything bit by bit and you might find out what's causing the error. my guess would be an invalid value for a server variable, but that's just a guess.

i try new version its also error but its good for NE that y i try this but my other server are working with this version only new servers have a this problem :(

the latest build is 922, NOT 2071.
