problem start B3

hello guys, I reinstall my server and readd B3 but cant start it

if you know this error or can help me

    import b3.run

    from b3.update import checkUpdate

  File "/home/cod4server/serverfiles/b3/b3/parser.py", line 204, in <module>
    import dateutil.tz
ImportError: No module named dateutil.tz

any idea? thanks for any info or help

maybe my b3 is not good? but before worked in old server

how about a little more info

1 is it a windows or linux installation?

2 what version b3 are you talking about?

3 post your b3.log and b3.xml file for us to look at.

I am not saying you will get an answer to your problem but we do need more info to see if we can spot a problem.

as far as I can see ImportError: No module named dateutil.tz  is a python error not b3

I got the above from google

It's a requirement problem 

ImportError: No module named dateutil.tz

If linux

pip install python-dateutil

If windows

IDK xd

maybe my B3 is old version? know you recent version

they already told you what to do. you clearly didn't install all required dependencies.

GOOD NEWS problem FIX

sudo pip install python-dateutil --upgrade

sudo pip install pytz --upgrade

I add this command in ROOT and start B3 from user CoD4

:$ cd cod4files/b3/

:$ python b3_run.py
