rcon question

Recommended Posts

In the NE there are commands like FPS etc

I would like to know if there could be a command to show the scorelimit when someone types $scorelimit

I am mainly interested in FFA scorelimit or somehow to exec scr_dm_scorelimit and show it to the user or server as a whole

the cod4x server has a command callback that lets you add such command through gsc (unrelated to new experience in general)

for NE in specific:

I looked at both of those and tried following https://github.com/callofduty4x/CoD4x_Server/blob/master/scriptdocumentation/ADDSCRIPTCOMMAND_EXAMPLE.md

and the script never got to

Callback_ScriptCommand(command, arguments)
{
    waittillframeend;

    if( isDefined( self.name ) )
        print("Executed by: " + self.name + " Command:" + command + " Args: " + arguments + "\n");
    else
        print("Executed by: Rcon Command:" + command + " Args: " + arguments + "\n");
}

all it showed was the name of the command and argument on the bottom left

after typing $command and argument

Disregard the message above I was able to edit 3 files in the New Experience which allowed me to add $score and show the current FFA score limit to the person that called it. I also added the command to the b3 customcommands plugin and was able to have them use !score.

I only did it for FFA since that is all I run my server at.
